The Beyond Motion Assessment gives you a clear, objective picture of where an athlete stands right now: a 30-metre sprint, jump assessment, agility drills, and reaction time testing, all measured and recorded. Whether you're curious about a baseline, tracking progress from elsewhere, or simply want the data before making a bigger decision, the Assessment is available as a standalone session at any time. No commitment required.

Designed for athletes who need to build a solid overall foundation. The Foundation program pairs a full assessment with ongoing training focused on speed, agility, and mindset. This is where gaps are identified and addressed, and where athletes build genuine confidence in their physical abilities. Built around a minimum three-month cycle, because that’s the window where real change starts to show.

For athletes who already have a solid foundation and want to go further in a specific sport. The Performance program is built around your sport, your position, and your goals — but it goes beyond sport-specific training alone. Alongside targeted performance work, we identify and address the physical gaps that fall outside of regular practice: the areas that often become the real limiting factors but rarely get attention in a team setting. Every element, from assessment through to weekly training, is shaped by where you are and where you’re trying to get to. Minimum three-month commitment.

The Team programme brings Beyond Motion’s assessment and training methodology to squads and clubs, addressing collective goals while recognising that each athlete still has their own development needs. Programming is built around your team’s objectives, your season, and the gaps the assessment reveals. Pricing is based on squad size and program scope — get in touch to discuss what’s right for your group.

The best place to start is the Beyond Motion Assessment — a standalone session that gives you, and us, a clear and objective picture of where your athlete is right now. From there we’ll talk through what makes sense next: Foundation, Performance, or Team. No commitment beyond the assessment itself.
Standalone Assessments and camps are billed per session or per week. Ongoing programs (Foundation, Performance, and Team) are billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Rates are available on request — reach out through the Contact page and we’ll send pricing for your program of interest.

Yes. Life happens — injury, school commitments, family travel. Reach out and we’ll work with you. Monthly programs can be paused or cancelled at the end of any billing cycle.
Standalone Assessments are non-refundable once completed but can be transferred to a different date with at least 48 hours’ notice. Camp refunds follow the policy posted at the time of registration. Ongoing monthly programs can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Each plan is built around a different stage of development — Assessment for measuring where an athlete is, Foundation for building physical literacy, Performance for sport-specific targeting, and Team for squads and clubs. Full details on each are in the Our Programs section above.
